But now, with this new running cost system, I can't use some of the game options (vehicles/equipment) that I would like to use. They are cool tractors, and I want to use them. Maybe I like having 9 different tractors. Now I have people like yourself suggesting that people like me have stuff we don't need. I wasn't told that I cant use, or enjoy the many different options in the game.įS17 took that freedom of play away from me. that's my freedom of choice that I had in FS15. and not be a strain on other areas of the business subsidy.Īs for buying a lot of vehicles and equipment I don't use. Each department needs to be able to sustain its own relevance. exactly when has it become common business practice to have the marketing department pay all the bills for the accounts department, and the accounts department pay the bills for the advertising department. I want the woodcutter to pay for the woodcutter, and the cows to pay for themselves. But I don't want the cows to pay for the woodcutter. Of course the cows can pay the bill for my new Ponsse wood cutter. It is completely, and absolutely irrelevant to the argument of the vehicles not being able to pay for themselves. Whether or not your milk sales can easily pay for your new tractor, and it's running cost. Why buying it, when I can lease it for 1 % buying price a day and 5 % price for an operating hour, when I operate it like 10 minutes every 5 game days? Oh and the leasing thing - that's a good feature for stuff you use rarely, like the machine that makes food for cows. Just buy what you really need and make the equipment earn it's living. I think people who complain about this are the ones who buy lots of equipment they don't need and then they complain. 70 cows and the milk selling income is higher than all the running costs and leasing costs combined. First of all the daily harvest income is so good, that one can ignore a few thousands in running costs, and secondly I now have approx.
